Tomorrow afternoon I have my second laser hair removal session at the skin care clinic here in south Florida! I’m really looking forward to having this done again and I’m hoping that the laser tech will agree with me that because I had a good reaction to the results last time that he should be able to crank the laser up and use some stronger settings to maximize my results! Fewer sessions, with the same results as more sessions, would definitely be good for my wallet. (But I’m not going to cheap out on this at all!)
The only thing I’m not looking forward to is any prickliness on my upper legs again! Yes, that means around my butt. Last time I think I shaved up to high, where I didn’t even get treated, and it was a pain (literally) for a couple days after, as I mentioned in previous posts. So I guess I need to be more careful about where I shave this time.
Other than that, I’ve been pretty busy lately, so I haven’t even been thinking about this session as much. Definitely not as big of a deal as the first one where everything was unknown to me and I was nervous. Being on the road to less unwanted body hair is definitely great though! Check back tomorrow for some pictures of my skin after the second LHR session!

Just wanted to say thank you for documenting your experience so far. I am an older female (older than you anyway!) and I feel so awkward going in for a consultation, even. But you are making me feel brave and your results so far look really promising!
I found your blog on the cosmetic enhancement forum (where I lurk). It’s just the sort of detail that I bet everyone is looking for when they are considering laser hair removal. I hope you continue to post your experience – especially your results after a few treatment.
Best to you!
Andrea, thanks for nice comments! Hopefully my documentation will help you feel more comfortable about the experience! That’s why I made the site!
If you ever have any specific questions feel free to ask!
